BRAND brings ARROGANCE ?? 🤯
Yes, Brand brings ARROGANCE and arrogance has negative relation with co-learnings. IIT and IIM—both are prestigious brands. But there’s a difference. IIT doesn’t bring arrogance because, at 16-17, we’re too young to even perceive it as a brand. Before IIT, we just grind—isolating ourselves from distractions for almost two years, fully focused on cracking JEE. This struggle instills a deep-rooted learning attitude at that young fresh age. They are open to learn from anyone; they don’t flaunt their brand, even though they have every reason to. That’s not always the case with IIMs.
By the time we enter IIMs, we are mature enough to recognize the brand, and arrogance can creep in. But an MBA doesn’t just teach business—it teaches balance. Socialization, diverse interactions, and flexibility help us evolve, ensuring we retain that learning mindset we built earlier. Growth isn’t about extremes—it’s about balance . Life is about balance.
