Is MBA tough for non-engineers? 😥😥

Is MBA tough for non-engineers? 😥😥. The answer is NO.

Speaking from experience as a non-engineer, I can assure you—it may seem tough, and yes, it is a bit challenging, but that’s exactly what makes it exciting. If you’re in an MBA program, it’s because you have the potential to succeed. So don’t let thoughts like "Quant is too tough" or "The curriculum is overwhelming" shake your confidence.

I stepped into this journey with little exposure to many of the subjects, but I kept learning and adapting. And guess what? Sometimes, I even outperformed engineers—LOL! But here’s the thing: MBA isn’t just about academics. That part is doable. The real challenge lies in the non-academic aspects—the skills, the mindset, the problem-solving abilities that truly matter in the real world.

We, as non-engineers, bring diversity in thought and approach. So instead of comparing, let’s embrace our unique strengths. We’re all fighting our own battles, and in the end, we conquer in our own way.
